We're building Real-World Intelligence, machines that understand physical places, what's happening in them, and what happens next. The real world is messy, and so is its data, unscripted, unlabeled, and unforgiving. That's exactly why our work matters: intelligence that holds up out here is worth something.

The problems don't come with lanes. One week it's inference throughput, the next it's message-protocol optimization, a sensor on a rooftop, or the economics of a GPU fleet. We hire for competence and the instinct to grab responsibility before anyone assigns it. If you want a well-defined role, a title track, and a committee to share decisions with, you'll hate it here.
