RMX Signs Agreement to Deploy QuantrusX at Austin House of Worship

RMX has set out five questions it believes operators should ask about where the intelligence used at their sites is made, along with how QuantrusX™ is designed to answer each one.

Every operating site produces data, from cameras and access control to environmental sensors and vehicle movement. We believe the questions that matter most are about that site and sensor data: where it is processed, who holds it, and who decides what happens next. RMX's answers draw on its published Real-World Intelligence briefs.

1. Where is the site and sensor data processed?
With QuantrusX™, processing is designed to run on hardware at the customer's premises, rather than a round trip to a public cloud.

2. Who holds the data and its interpretation?
The video and its interpretation are designed to stay inside the perimeter, under the customer's control. We believe this is data sovereignty in practice.

3. What leaves the site, and who decides?
What is shared, and with whom, is the customer's decision.

4. Who makes the final decision on a response?
QuantrusX™ is intended to support the operator's decisions, not replace them.

5. How is the intelligence established?
This is the question RMX believes matters most. QuantrusX™ is designed to integrate with existing cameras, sensors and IT systems, and to tie each signal to something physical that happened on site, such as the movement of people and vehicles. The intent is plain-language records an operator can review and act on. RMX provides both the intelligence and the method by which it is established.

Why these questions now
In October 2026, Microsoft announced plans to expand its Sovereign Cloud portfolio, including a Sovereign Control Panel expected to enter public preview at Microsoft Ignite in November and on-premises AI through Foundry Local on Azure Local. We believe this reflects a broader question operators are asking about where their data is processed and who controls it.

RMX's answer
RMX describes this approach as Real-World Intelligence.

“We believe operators should be able to answer these five questions about any intelligence they rely on. Our answer is straightforward: the data is designed to stay at the site, under the customer's control, with each conclusion arriving as a record the people responsible can review before they act,” said Karl Kit, CEO of RMX.
